The woman tasked with spreading the Tea Party message among African-Americans says black voters need to get past “ethnic pride” and the “nonsense” that the Tea Party is racist. “There has been a void in reaching the black community with message FreedomWorks, one of the nation's major Tea Party groups, has tapped deneen borelli, a New York-based conservative activist and commentator, to lead its outreach to minorities. Borelli is a blogger and regular commentator for Fox News and NewsMax, a deneen borelli is a Fellow with Project 21, a network of black conservatives which is an initiative of The National Center for Public Policy Research, a national public policy group based in Washington, D.C. Deneen is also a Fellow with FreedomWorks. But deneen borelli and Rev. C.L. Bryant received some blowback for — gasp! — daring to show up.
